This took less than 10 minutes. I won’t show you a picture, it looks hideous. But it tasted really good!
Here’s what I did:
Vegan Nacho Dip.
2 cups TVP
1 1/2 cups water
-boil water, add TVP, take off heat and let absorb.
Add salsa: I added 2 pints of homemade salsa.
Add some vegan cheddar cheese and mix.
I sprinkled some Curt’s Seasoning on it as well, just to brighten it.
Scoop with chips.
Smile.
